Welcome back to the edge


It’s inevitable, because I happen to be one of those people for whom music probably, in all seriousness, saved my life.

[B]eing about as physically fit as a malnourished gazelle made me avoid track and field and football and hockey altogether.

Tomorrow I plan on enjoying my new and first-ever travel mug for coffee going to work.  I’ve never used one before, but it’s one from Best Friends and I’ve sort of always wanted one.   So yeah…nothing exciting here.  Been working and writing and reading, enjoying a day off from the office, watching No Reservations on the Travel Channel all day, going to check the mail before realizing that it’s a holiday and the Post Office is being lazy and socialist and not working today.  The bastards…

Sometimes, for no real reason, I feel the need to become British.  I think it’s just the way they can swear, it’s sort of awesome.
